Leader
Paul / England
I believe that when discussing a nation's leader, the foremost quality must be strength. The individual needs to possess clear objectives regarding their intended actions and pursue them, yet simultaneously, they should be flexible enough to respond to changing circumstances. Most importantly, I consider strength essential—the ability to handle demanding situations and make critical choices at the opportune moment.
Lindsay / United States
I believe an effective leader requires charisma to earn people's confidence and affection. Additionally, I think good leaders ought to be accountable and remain cognizant of those around them in order to provide them with necessary support.
Jeff / Canada
In my view, a good leader should possess sufficient self-assurance in their own judgments to establish a course of action and pursue it with conviction, inspiring those who follow them. However, they must also maintain sufficient receptiveness to acknowledge their own mistakes. Therefore, I would highlight these two key qualities: self-assurance and receptiveness.
Helen / Canada
I would characterize a good leader as someone who demonstrates empathy, yet also possesses the ability to enforce standards. They must be capable of maintaining discipline and regulations, while simultaneously being receptive to feedback from their staff and subordinates.
Eoin / England
I believe an effective leader should be resolute and determined in their choices, while still being receptive to the perspectives and proposals of their subordinates.
Lori/Canada
In my opinion, a good leader should, first and foremost, show empathy and understanding toward those they lead, as well as possess charisma and personal confidence, which are equally vital qualities.
